Recently left this job after working for 3months. Office ambience is excellent & staffs are very friendly & helpful. Work pressure is depend on the call flow. But no future because anything can happen as the job is insecure. Lots of salary deductions & if you do absent for valid reason also they do not understand your problems if you die also.

Not Much of Funplace to work

Not Employee centric. Not a safe and stable environment to work with. No long term concrete policy. Its more of one man show. On daily basis we saw changes in the policy based on company's profit.

Very good opportunity for fresher to earn huge money but not advisable for long run. The organization is very unorganized and management is amateur in nature. No rules and regulations in HR manual is constant. Any changes may happen any point of time without any intimation.
