Not a good job culture

A typical day at work is filled with lots of drudgery at the India center. Probably US centers might be better. I learned doing RF SOI compact modeling all on my own. No separate training was given with experts. What was given was an overall overview by the manager. Workplace culture is exploitative unless you are in the "core" group that comes from IBM. This collective bullying can't be tolerate...
