HR, Managers and leads are worst. If you are in trouble and you really need the job they will never support you instead of kicking you out of the office.

Fun workplace to work in.

Depends upon the project you will get the chance to learn. People are helpful over there and I have learn a lot from them. They provide the health environment to work.

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing no hikes and Management is worst to explain in my view better not to try for GloballogicWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Micro management and manager doesn't know anything about the project and feels like SME just bow their heads to clients what ever they ask.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I fell so stressful to work in Globallogic and full of politics inside the management level What is a typical day like for you at the company?never i have been working from home but worst place to work when visited the office they dont have proper chairs and cabins and silly thing is no water cups in the canteen even i feel like working in open garage

Dont be fooled by Hitachi name.

This company is a total sham where middle management is competent and least bothered about you. Leadership is greedy and miser. No hikes have been rolled out since last 2 years.It is a deathbed of promising careers.

No hikes and No growth prospect. Company lacks morals and management is incompetent.

Nice place to start your career

The Work life balance is good while working in global logic. The staff is friendly. The trainers are also polite. Interaction with co-workers happened frequently.

No work pressure and limited learning

workplace and management is goodDecent company for freshers but has no long-term growth. It takes a lot of time to go up the ladder of hierarchy. very chill atmosphere and lot of fun activities to do

What is the best part of working at the company?Team Culture, Being able to understand diver projects carried out by team member.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Since its a service company and we will work as contractors for client projects, sometimes work environment can be challenging. Not will there be a requirement to adapt to Globallogic's work culture but also with client organizations work culture as well.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very inclusiveWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Attending morning stand up with the team, checking day to day task and mails from client teams, collaborate and work on tasks, attend client meeting.
