If you are looking for Product enviornment then this place is not for you. It is Service enviornment.Rest is good, Culture is fine. Experience is totally depend on your project & team.

Pure Service Based.Your life depends on your project.

Pure Servvice Based company.I work as .Net developer.Big clients are EY and delloite both are very aggressive specially EY.Work load always will be there.It is difficult to cope with work pressure sometimes

Great place to work

Good Salary as per market standard,Free Evening Snacks,Flexible working hours and no time tracking,Employee friendly,But it's service based and for each project you need to face client interview.

Had a good experience working with Globant. Team whom I worked was very helpful. Work culture is awesome. People are very collaborative. Lots of fun activities are there inside organisation. Overall I had a good experience working with Globant.

Overall It's a Good Company to work with

Client focused

A typical day at work begins with a Scrums if your team claims to be following the Agile manifesto. The Scrum is generally held before lunch. There is daily call with the client. After that there are multiple meetings to attend. After evening you can have some time for programming.

A great learning experience

I got hired at Globant a month before I completed my graduation. Fresh out of college, I was given the opportunity to work on some complex projects under the guidance of highly qualified creative professionals. Which I consider was the best thing to happen to me.

Flexible timings, work and life balance. nice co-workers and team environment. I got opportunity to work on IOT(Internet of things) related project it was really fun to work on those kind of projects.
