Team lead's takes us through a well scheduled tasks which reduces the task risks. I work as a Python developer and I was able to learn more tech skills. I was able to participate in many different projects which gave me variety of experiences and learn lot of new things.

Good for freshers to start
Backend Operations Executive (Current Employee) - Mohali, Punjab - December 2, 2021
Good for freshers to work here as salary is low. Work is not too tough it's easy going sometimes can become hectic too generally easy going for Backend operations. WFH is going on (as of dec 2021) which is good thing. And they have 3 shifts day(9:30am to 6pm), evening(4:30pm to 1:00am) and night(1:00am to 9:00am) approx all have half hour break included. You can choose your shift accordingly. 6 weekoffs per month no fix days for weekoffs you have to choose your weekoffs on the last monday of each month, which doesn't mean you can get whenever you want only 2 per week and no 2 people can take on same day and you can take 1 leave a month. As company works 356days 24/7 you can expect to work on diwali holi and other festivals. Work a year or 2 and leave or else you are working underpaid
Pros
Easy going work not too tough
Cons
Increment is almost zero, management cannot be trusted, manager doesn't gives leaves easily and is arrogant.
