I was tecnical sales and support in GoDaddy process .I was use to support customer who has query covert issues into sales by calling the customer.I was in chat process we use to chat with US and UK and other countries.I was awarded two time bronze medal as top performer in Sales.

I worked in genpact for more than 1 year 3 months .i gained knowledge as i worked in DHE team (Dedicated Hosting Experts).But the Pressure they put for sales is very high. Management is very friendly and Helpfull. I feel that in Godaddy they give good respect to women and give them comfortable shifts to work.

Our process is a sales/ Technical support where we deal with Domains, Hosting, Emails and Servers and resolve the queries and issue regarding those. It is highly technical process where we can gain more knowledge.
