Highly toxic and biased workplace.
Some people do really well here , no doubt. But if you have strong principles of not “xxx” licking, not ‘showing’ you did something just to get into the limelight, then you have a challenge. Work Life Balance is a big problem
You wont get time to eat food or go to washroom. The initial learning curve is too steep. No body will teach you but you need to know everything. No transition period or trainings. People are too rude and no body is actually ready to help. Although the salary is best in the market but you wont be get time to spend what you earn. Leave policy is just for name sake. Great company with the flat hierarchy
