Culture is completely different while compared to other competitive companies.No worklife balance and always bit challenging for a mother to accompany baby and work. No flexibility from the management.

Majority of employees are from Ivy league institutes, very competitive culture with focus on quality of product. Working hours are crazy and the management is very demanding and ambitious in terms of deadlines. However great learning exposure and if you are willing to go beyond your work duties, the senior manager does acknowledge hard work and would adequately reward you.
