Overall my experience was very bad. We did not receive our salaries on time.
Off's weren't given to any of the doctors. Salaries were paid very late. Income tax money was debited too. Initially we were told that we'll be getting paid 70,000/- per month. But we got paid only 53,495/- per month. We did not get proper off days. We literally had to do double shifts almost every alternate days. No food and accomodation was provided.
