There are many cuts on salary basic pay. The workload is more. No job guarantee. Very less number of leaves. No additional benifits. Job will be terminated after the contracy period is over

Overall my experience was very bad. We did not receive our salaries on time.

Off's weren't given to any of the doctors. Salaries were paid very late. Income tax money was debited too. Initially we were told that we'll be getting paid 70,000/- per month. But we got paid only 53,495/- per month. We did not get proper off days. We literally had to do double shifts almost every alternate days. No food and accomodation was provided. On the whole it was a very bad experience in government general Hospital - anantapuram

staff was supportive and friendly with me.senior doctors were performing their duties well.colleues were very cooperative .learned new skills and handling new born babies..most enjoyable part was even on public holidays we used to work and enjy to the utmost

Typical day at work

Not a single day but every day is typical and horrible at governament service at rural side....no roads,no power,no drinking water,,,full of pigs dogs and flies in hospital
