Grant Thornton Employee Review

Good exposure and learning

The exposure in terms of client bases, business processes is good. The risk advisory team provides a hybrid work mode. The team however needs to be at the base location since client visit is mandatory.

Nice place to work

Work from Anywhere culture; so no traffic during chilly winters. Promotion, increments are not up to the mark or are below par. Overall, a nice place to work.

Pros

Work from anywhere culture

Cons

Less increment and growth prospects.
