Too much politics and toxic work environment

From a learning perspective, learned a lot of new things from a technological standpoint but that was hampered by not-so-great "seniors" with no leadership qualities at all despite being in the system for more than 5 years.Poor work ethics and culture.

Not a good place to start your career as a fresher
