GM & Hr management is not good behaviour

Overlall GSH India is good company, is Gsh india few management person work and behaviour is not good, If any empolyee sharing some problems related to office or salary increments they directly told with empolyee if empolyee felling good in company then he can work if he not feel good they can submit to regine from job. Means empolyee not feeling any supportive behaviour from management. And if empolyee empolyee selected in new company then management forced for rules, timings, Already I faced this type problem in Gsh india in Ford plant in sanand ahmedabad.

Dear All, It's my conscrience GSH Company is Good but our Client Management team is very very wost. As per company Funmall Coimbatore E-city Site is very wost condition STP Plant is very very wost and main Dranage is very worst and every day blocked. So in that area GSH Group Electrical Supervisor and plumbing people all are go to proper cleaning and washing. No safety gloves and washing powder. Too much problem. GSH Group no body don't care of our people So I am not intrested to working.
