Nice perks but low opportunities

Working at GIPL is atypical to other professional IT companies since it deals majority with Govt. customers. The toughest of the tasks is to maintain professional harmony among the employees. However, choose your friends and enjoy with them in your free time which is lot of it. The top management keeps changing which leads to hotchpotch of executive decisions which works against the company advancement. Personally, you cannot learn much here, but at the same time it is easy to retain your job till the company lasts
