company atmosphere isn't good for freshers employees, some senior are good but some always gonna behave to you like you're begging for job, they don't think company also need people. Their are some senior their behaviours gonna hurt you. they think they have right to shout at you.

Life helling Workplace..

Very Low salary,12 hours/day duty, doesn't give week off.no incentive,no medical help and the last company force to emt and pilot for achieving more cases and kilometres... not recommend for life time job..its good for part time job.

Good for temporary job

You can't spend years over here because work time is 12hr shift from 7 am to 7pm and for that company pays less under 40k.No regular supply of medicines.Unavailablity of necessary instruments.Takes longer time to pay your salary (more than 12days ) per month basis.No positive response from HR department.Sometimes you need to spend your own money for better safety and health like use of handwash , sanitizer,mask etc. Which should be provided time to time by company but it's not happening.A man with no medical background will came and teach you unnecessary topics.

Worse experience in my 25+ years of professional life. Worse Management team at State HO, Kerala. No respect, no employee engagement etc. Attrition rate in the circle is huge due to poor HR and Operation Head.

No job security, no salary hike, no career growth, toxic people, lower salary, overall experience is not really good. If you want build your career GVK EMRI is not a good option.
