Flexible work culture, people sensitive, no fixed hours, no micro management. People stay for yrs and yrs once they join hp and the longer you stay difficult it is to leave

Learning and Fun at work place,

Learning is never ending in HP, training keeps happening to update ourselves,leasure, allowances, facilities were all well provided. Standards of Business Conduct is always very important ,they keep updating employees on that..

Pros

One Free meal, transport was also provided inclusive of salary..

Raise in salary depends on reporting managers...

Company has no good products/services to survive in the industry

There is very less chik chik, work life is good and balanced

There is very less work pressure, work life is good and balanced, they will offer you sufficient days of leaves per yearthe management is good one thing that i don't like about this is hike cycle is very low here

Good company

Best company in the world..Work balance is goodA perfect place to learn things, develop and make yourself admit into different kind of work roles. Great infrastructure, excellent team leads, great experience.No pressure from team leads to me personally regarding WFO.

Good place to work if ur team and manager is good, If manager r not upto the mark there is aot of work pressure which cannot be handle.There is no proper training

Number of head count is less because of which work load is too much.But other than that benifits they are good.

Over all its a good company . But workload is too much..Have to pick back to back calls which is stressful.But the benifits they provide are good .Other than that salary is also fine NSA is also good..

Workplace Culture

HP India is bureaucratic in nature, people are mean at middle level management and roadblock for their team's further growth. is not that great, their MID level management are always surrounded by their sycophant and hanger-on people. right candidate those are really handworker on field, hardly get promoted and rest other who are simply pleasing their bosses get promoted undue.

More productive and employees friendly

Hp is good company to grow our profile and you can get good hike also in your salary based on your performance. It's a friendly nature management to the employees. Same time very strict on their rules and regulations.
