What would you suggest HSBC management do to prevent others from leaving?

Contract ending
Its perfect we would work 48 hours per and we would get 34 holiday in year and 10 Sick leaves. Employee were encouraged to take 10 mandatory leave in one go.
I feel people are not into their roles basis thier required skill set
Some people exceptional skills who or not put into right palceSalary standard
Leaves should be more relaxed. LWOP should be practised.

As per management rules
- Overall HSBC is a far better company to work with
- Work environment is really good
- It gives equal opportunities to go-getters as well as for those who are not very ambitious and are happy with 9-5 jobPlease improve work culture and give credit when needed
