What would you suggest HSBC management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Its perfect we would work 48 hours per and we would get 34 holiday in year and 10 Sick leaves. Employee were encouraged to take 10 mandatory leave in one go.

    Some people exceptional skills who or not put into right palce
