Good work place

Good company to work with. However certain process managers are toxic and micro manage. If they are not there, company is good. Few managers are good. But the ones that are not spoiling the name of company.

Pathetic place

1 star and only 1 star thats it from my side. Very pathetic place to work in overall experience , no branch support , high job insecurity, senior management is very unprofessional they just ask you for the target no support is provided from their side

Pros

Not even a single benefit

Cons

Pressures a lot, no support

Nothing great or interesting . It would be so much better if the company's principles and values are practised on a daily basis and put into action.

As mentioned above. Like so many big and multi national companies the need is to practice what we preach and see that the values are actually put into action

Good work culture, flexible timings

Not a good pay master if you are moving internally, flexible work timings, learning opportunities are there, growth opportunities are good if you are keen to.upgrade your skills

Good work culture, Good manager, Many good opportunities to explore and grow yourself

The team which I am working into is not much into machine learning but the manager do encourage you to explore yourself and explore more options as to how can we apply new tools/ technologies/ algorithms to the process to enhance it. Work culture is good. Flexible working hours and hybird work. Hike is as per your performance I haven’t seen any politics so far

Steep learning and supportive seniors

This is a demanding industry and this role as well like one in any other Investment Bank will require a lot of hours to be put in. If you are looking for learning and growth, HSBC is the right place for you.

I was deputed to HSBC by Randstad. I was happy that I was never micro managed.

I found amiable work environment at HSBC. I was never micromanaged and free to take decisions. I was allowed to work my ways and show creativity. I enhanced my analytical skills and enjoyed the new and challenging tasks given to me with support. It was nice to work there.

Diverse Roles and Balanced WorkLife

It's a great workplace. The management is very supportive and easily approachable. It provides hybrid working which makes it very easy to balance the work life equation. Easy and enough leaves. Pay is nice. Would say some friction to upskill and move around roles. Overall good.

Pros

Hybrid Working, Cab service

Cons

Undefined hours
