Hi frds, I you got offer to work in hsbc, you can stretch all day but you cannot be recognized unless you are liked by management, even if you go wrong in process and management is supporting you, you can get whatever posting you want,, and if they didn't support you ,you cannot get the promotion and incentives,so its totally depends on team you you work and on management ppl.
It's a good place to work. Every employee is free is raise issues if you have any problems in work. Career progression totally depends on targets complete your target and get promotion. No manager recommendations required. Supportive people around.
Worst management, do much of biased. Hsbc is good company but fails to recruit pupil manager with good talent. Manager should be neutral but here its absolutely not.

Despite being " Strong / Top " performer in just concluded performance appraisal followed with bonus payout in Mar'19 ......it has no relevance during cost rationalization measures specially due to hiring freeze in Finance department alongwith no new approvals for new transitions .........hence impacted due to the same .
This is my first career in an contact center as customer service executive Hard work always matters, i recognized many awards for my quality calls and work. Proud to be an part of Heroes contestant and chance to get an opportunity to flew for the first time from my place to Mumbai for 3 days trip to Amby valley as a token of appreciation for my work. Management really drove us well. Work place outstanding Never found any part of my any job as hardest. Enjoy the trip to Mumbai to receive an Award for my work.
We work hard as well as play, HSBC has support the sports eventually in work because of the leave policy work life balance in this organization is very good and it is keen to the employee succeed.

II) Vehicle arrangement to senior management who visit Chennai site on engagement in and as concierge desk. III) Keep track of the market rates for accommodation, transport, etc. and engage vendors with the best cost and quality mix.
