The typical day at work was when we had to do the fire drill which was a good experience. what i learned was :Developed highly empathetic client relationships and earned reputation for exceeding quality and sales goals. management was fair and always gave us support and guided us. workplace culture was great very friendly and all treated well the same way . hardest part of the job was when if a customer was having a bad situation which was not been taken care earlier by previous agent . enjoyable part is satisfying the customer .
Good focus on compliance and policies. Highly diplomatic and dynamic work culture. Policies change as per whims and fancies of top management. Low focus on customer due to too much power play by key managers.
Good exposure to compliance and quality
Diplomatic and less dependable.

The best place to work. Work culture was extremely good and the management was so approachable. Would love to get an opportunity to work there again. Cafeteria had everything you could ever want. Games, fun activities and varieties of food to choose from.

HSBC is a wonderful employer and very much employee friendly. The work life balance here is excellent. It takes proper care of employee engagement and gives opportunities to everybody equally most of the time. The work is also good and management is very supportive. Generally hard work gets acknowledged here.

An organisation which values its employees and maintains standards for a conducive work environment. The structure is very similar to most UK companies, providing a stable base for an individual to pursue his/her career.
Work Life Balance
HSBC being my first jo will always be a memorable one. BEing able to help people is the best job I could have done. Loved being able to take calls and help people to know everything they needed to know. From helping with available balances on their credit cards to bank balance transfers.
