Ample opportunities to learn
sometimes things move slowly
Strong focus on project management and governance. Respect for employees is part of the culture. HR practices are strong. I learnt a lot on project governance apart from working with various functions on different process & projects. Interdepartmental harmony and team work is commendable. CEO focus on critical items is consistently. Only challenge is the process for introducing innovation is slow.
Respect for employees, worklife balance
slow process for innovation
