Managements are money minded, unprofessional, they only look for their benefits n they dont care for employees even if they are sick have work... Stupid culture.. Customer suffer a lot of hsbc policies n procedure..Worst n unprofessional HR
it was a very Employ Centric company, a company that understand that employs are the face of the company. if the employ was asked to work for more hours then the employ is equally paid. and lot of stress busters for the employs are in place.

A typically long working hours and manual dependencies, but a place to learn a lot. very helpful and knowledge sharing culture with friendly co workers. being a new company in industry management is strict about the practices. Some time huge workload due to crunch in staff and manual dependencies. Enjoyable part was good friendly people, yearly offsite and town-hall full of culture activities and management interactions.
Set working hours, shifts, cordial working environment, professional management, good working atmosphere and a lot of scope to learn and develop personally. Team bonding, team management and inter personal skills have improved after working here. Brand name of the Bank matters a lot.
My Overall development improved after working in HSBC
Shifts and very long travel time.
