HSBC is another branded organization. The name itself represents that it is a banking sector and I was dealing with online transfer of funds. It was fun to work with a team of 13 and I was looked upon for resolutions as I had in & out process knowledge.
It is good place to work for beginners and learn like any thing on Banking system. It is NOT good for person having more than six years experience. No work life balance on certain technologies.
It'll definitely be a busy day where you have to handle escalation, managing people, coaching and performance management are the main part of day-day work.

Its a great organization to work. I have worked with some great leaders and teams. The work atmosphere is very conducive and helps build a great career. It provides the right opportunity and identifies the skills of individuals and provides the right platform to grow. There is work life balance and the most important factor is safety and security of women employees.
A typical day at work include coaching of staff,handling people issues and driving sales for the site. I have learn t people management skills,motivational skills and other important skills required for a management level. Management is good.
