Job Security is there but compensation and appraisal sucks

It's like working for a government job. Job security is there but learning opportunities and an appraisal are extremely poor.Management often makes false promises and thinks only from the perspective of monetary benefit of the company

IRI-GOC is really good in work life balance and job security. I really recommand. Really enjoyed. BUt while coming into pay- it is less than 10% all the time

Company with pathetic bossy managers

Harman, particularly, Whitefiled Campus, is a company with a bunch of pathetic, technically incompetent managers. They don't know how to manage resources or projects. All they know is to show their egoistic and unprofessional bossy attitude to the fellow team members. HR won't be of much help as they always are in favor of these egocentric managers.To cite an example, during this Pandemic, even though the company declared WFH, some so-called "managers" want the employees at the office with the greater risk of infection, even though they have zero dependencies on any Labs or Hardware. The above mentioned is just an example of how the "managers" here are managing the employees. If there is any escalation, managers won't take any responsibility and drop everything to the team, because that is all they know, They don't know how to solve workplace issues.Some managers are still in their 90s attitude; they don't know how the modern workplace should be. No wonder they see a very high attrition rate nowadays.

Felt like any other service company. No transparency leading to most of the engineers being clueless most of the time. Nepotism towards people from certain parts of the country was so obvious. Most of the engineers were treated like school students.

Pros 1. You get good offers for Harman JBL and Samsung products. 2. If you get to go on-site then you are settled, you some people have stayed for longer than 3 years. 3. Good supportive colleagues. 4. Lots of technical training programs. 5. Flexible work timings. Cons 1. poor pay, a 3 year experienced candidate will have less packages than freshers in other company 2. They had provided us with food and cab facilities, stripped all those as part of cost cutting. 3. Doesn’t matter how well you worked and extended your works , pay raise is low par. 4. Too much politics for getting into on-site. Don’t stay too long waiting for on-site. 5. Hr team is not interactive.
