Not recommended to join this company as a fresher.

What is the best part of working at the company?You will get salary on time. Flexibility depends upon your manager.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Don't join this company if you are a fresher.Poor management. No clarity what's going on and managers will never tell you clearly. You will be allocated to project but still you are non-billable which means that you are on bench in view of HR and one day they will force you to resign saying that you were on bench for many days. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The company only talks about "work" other than this there are no activities, no team lunch or dinner conducted. In the beginning (as a new joiner), Friday fun activity were conducted but later on when allocated to project, there was nothing, neither monthly nor quarterly.

Here people are good and supportive. Work culture is good. You will get a lot of things to learn here. Everyone here treats each other nicely. Overall good company.

Lots of learning and wfh

Working at harman is a lot of learning and fun, I had wfhoption whenver I wanted, the con was I needed to pay for lunch and that hike is low and promotion is time bound.

You get to learn new technologies and upgraded that is happening in our industry. You get to travel to new places meet new le and their cultur and get the opportunities of New projects..

Good place to start your career with . Its almost 1 year in this company & work culture is really great . Although there are less projects for the fresher ( below 2 year experience) but I got deployed into the project & worked!!

Bad organization but great healthcare benefits

Organization is great, brilliant management, but they deploy at client location and that's worst part of the job as biased behaviour is always going to be experienced and Harman management has no control there. Healthcare benefits are great at Harman.

Good Place to work

The work culture is good, but it always depend upon team. I really like my team, all the members are motivated to work towards the problem, I have learnt a lots from my team members. There are plenty of good problem in the company, also they have a lots good good client to whom you can work.
