First round aptitude test ,second technical , and third round is HR
First interaction is on Personnal round.
Secondly is with business head.
Thirdly with HR.

Interview is conducted in two round on telephone.
Confirm for the employment on basis of attending training at their training center on next day at hydrabad.So i travel to hydrabad in night from pune & attend the training at hydrabad.after three days training they take one more interview with pune manager at their pune office. After interview they appointed on contract temporary basis at their client location. Here at client site i have completed three years but not found any exposure in salary & work profile ( your performance doesnt count here for promotion ).
