MNC culture and very much sincere on Discipline as most of the management are of ex defence services
Reduce working hours, if need to continue with that give more salaries. transport is worse.
Culture is relaxed but the Volume of work is not evenly distributed. The amount of work is project depended and sometimes work life balance could take a back seat, however good company to start your corporate journey as there are plenty of options and domain to choose from.
Only work oriented.
Very low on Human value, Ethics and Emotions.
