Fun workplace friendly staff and caring managers

Had a very pleasant experience working here with very friendly people pleasant and caring management and plenty of training in new areas also as much overtime as needed in a clean comfortable office workspace

Management aren't groomed or refined at all. They don't know how to handle employee issues at all. Even if an issue is reported to management it has to be escalated all the upto to the CEO till there is any response.

HCL is a great company except for its HR Department

Overall, my experience with HCL could have been better if only their HR would actually help process the documents of its exiting employees. HCL was notorious for its former employees filing cases against them in NLRC/DOLE for non-issuance of COE and failure to process employees' final pay on time.

A workplace that I will not recommend

Salary is delayed what I mean is they credit the salary almost 7pm in the evening, and they treat people as numbers and robots, no proper equipment to perform your task. They will transfer you from one project to another, h.r is not responsive. False promises. Poor engagement activities. Little to no effort when it comes to providing adequate workspace. Health card is not that good. There are also account managers that doesn't know what they are doing. Luckily My manager is not like that.

Okay place and good training
