Everything depends on project, I got good project. Policies are good. Environment is good. WLB was not good in project I worked in with working till late night.

Horrible work place with underqualified management

Management aren't groomed or refined at all. They don't know how to handle employee issues at all. Even if an issue is reported to management it has to be escalated all the upto to the CEO till there is any response.

A lot to learn from

If you need job security and a place to make a good career in your field, this is the place for you. It has good infrastructure and is located worldwide. I worked at the headquarters and to this day, I miss that place and my colleagues.
