I am happy that i work at HCLTECH, great work environment, Supportive colleagues and peers. Nothing that bothers me at HCLTECH, and i also think im fairly paid.

HCL was my first company. Culture is very laid back and relaxed. Dont expect any upward mobility.Cafeteria food was ok, nothing great.Work involved US shift time that was not good.

A nightmare for all IT Employees.

In one word Extremely poor experience. I will suggest never go for HCL even if you have no other offers. No night allowance, no appraisal or salary hike, management always harrassing employees and threatening them.

for freshers good place to learn.typical work includes support which involved late-night shifts.For freshers, they will juice you out till it becomes unbearable if you are in a support role.For learning a new technology, its an OK place.The management is average not so good that you can lean on and there is no transparency.

I got good opportunity to work in firewall when i was joined and it will helpful to get better opportunity now in different firm based on involvement and learning.
