No pressure. We do what is required to do. We do get appreciated for the work we do. it all depends on good team and the type of manager we work with. Although the hikes are very less and there is no much growth in career/financially.

Some employees will not get all the facilities as per company it's depends on mangers, which worst thing in the HCL. No work from home for freshers or new joiners

Had the most strenuous work environment. Have to stretch and work every day to meet the deadlines.I learned a lot of lessons though how much planning, training, teamwork, and work allocation are important as nothing was right there.The work culture is very very poor the personal life of employees their health nothing is given importance. Project deadlines are very tight.The gravity of the work, individual's capacity, team's capacity nothing is accessed or planned by the management before taking up the project or giving commitment.
