Long login hours 9.5 hours of login is mandatory , no growth , no proper breaks to have lunch , stressful environment. The management will only listen what employees have to say but no action will be taken .

Boring and Dominating management and senior people

The people who are in senior position are dominating and not providing the proper training their newly joined juniors. The management and HR people are like deaf. They don't even listen to our words and request, they just feel themselves as God who is providing jobs to the needy people. So, they can only order the candidates and neglects the requests from candidates. Not even responsive. Worst management and HR crews.
