Ok place too work. Not much you can learn but management is good some what but people are really mean to you.so play safe from your side. Theatre are always good and bad teams in a company depends on which team you are in.

Management in HCL is good, better place to work and have a work life balance but the hikes are very less... At the end of the day the pay is the thing that we needed as fruit for our work.

Long login hours 9.5 hours of login is mandatory , no growth , no proper breaks to have lunch , stressful environment. The management will only listen what employees have to say but no action will be taken .

As I have joined HCL on 21st of March 2022 so I don't have much words for HCL feedback but till now everything going excellent apart from my salary structure 😁....This is a excellent company and it has many more things to learn so that's why I want.

Work life balance will depend on project. If project is new you will receive more task. But if you assigned in the old project then everything will be automated.

Good company with job security Depends on the teamGood team good perks , wlb, wfh and benefits Bad team then no learning and monotonous tasksI have worked in both.In good team i used to complete work in 3 hours and chillIn bad team there was no KT given to me by my architect and i was not able to perform but my manager and team mates supported me and helped to overcome that situation
