Good work life balance

Work life balance. Less increments. Average work.good culture but lot of political in management. Good for settle without increments. Less bonus policy. Less variable pay

Good culture

Good culture and work. Environment is very friendly. First and foremost, the emphasis on innovation and ideapreneurship is truly remarkable. During my time at HCL, I was encouraged to explore creative solutions to challenges rather than sticking to conventional approaches.

Nothing is good

Micromanagement and bad seniors . Egostic managers . Bad working culture and Environment . No fun activity like celebration , team lunch .No work life balance . Work Pressure is more . Dominating Manager.

Nice place to work

Very nice place to work, all the basic amenities are always available throughout the campus. Well established process for each and everything that happens within the organization.But sometimes process is being misused by few higher officials.It deponds on which team we are into, to decide on politicsCompany must improve is pay and it is compromising on its productive employees

Good place to work

Work culture is good, nice management, great learning, sometimes it gets a bit hectic but it gives you a good exposure at the same time. Supportive colleagues was the best part of my job.

Fun workPlace and it depend on which you have deploed

HCL is very good organization for fresher how want start their career as Software developer or Tester .Work - life good and But for 4yr or above do not much expect Hike or Bonds . All are Moderate

For me It was first IT company I like the culture compared to a core mechanical industry

Everything was good before but after came to bench no proper contacts

What is the best part of working at the company?Good to work in MNC.. Work culture is great. You have lots of opportunities to learn and grow towards your goals. Management will also support you for your best and make you easy to work with in organization.

It's a pure service organization. So work is more of delivery oriented.

I will say the work experience is average. Culture is same as other service companies. More delivery oriented than any other things. If you want to work there are enough opportunity but do not expect much recognition.

Overall fine

Good for Mendix projects,many mendix projectbl opportunities. Management doesn't have much idea about employees . No contact with management.Policies are based on the client you are working for.Workplace culture is fineThey don't provide the variable pay given in ctc.Not much opportunities in case you want to do certifications.

Awesome, Fun and Enjoying.

What is the best part of working at the company?When companies layoff people, HCL recruits them. They know how to get talented people out of running water. I see this as best part. Even you left and come back to HCL they give you offer open hearted not like other company which they don't recruit back.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Company is not a stress but the client or the managers to whom we are working is stress really. In my case i worked for few stressful clients and my managers are all good.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Most companies westernized but HCL still don't forget their roots and you feel the desi they give equal importance all people and culture and festivals. Other companies hesitate to spend these days.What is a typical day like for you at the company?All day is special. You will learn from your seniors how to reach their top positions after start from scratch. They inspire you a lot.
