Perfect company having job security

Excellent work-life balance. Job security is not a problem. Only issue is the compensation part. It's too less when compared with the market. Join the company at later stage of career when you don't care about salary hikes any more.

not a good company,no secure job ,they can fire at any time,no performance measuring parameters,excpet work life balance good,they do not provide technical ,environment so developmer can learn ,and enhance skills,very less job security,manager sucks your life,as per work you have no work as per ,your capability ,they can give you tough work,not supported by manager,manager is kot good person they play ,with your skills and then fire ,

Without clearing client interview never enter here . After entering into hcl if you haven't cleared client interview or project went on hold position then they will directly move you to bench without asking & no much opportunities.
