HCl is known as a company if that pay less but i would suggest to work here for a year at least to upgrade your self and to have name of hcl in your cv

Average work culture but no compensation benefits

Overall good IT MNC, No major benefits, Work life balance quite fine, No compensation benefits or competitive salary structure. Better to negotiate salary before joining instead of suffering later.Management is old and doesn't go well with new gens.
