Initially joined HCL as test Lead and when I came out of HCL as Senior Tech Lead. It took around 6 years to get promotion and hike which is very slow .

Worst company ,only pay so as you to eat that's all. No benefit. If your survival is at stake then only join HCL. If you want to rush n your career then join HCL
