Working in HCL IS GOOD GOR FRESHERS.. Their pay is very less. If you are able to get onsite opportunities to abroad then its the best caee scenario other wise the compensation is really less.

Worst company to work

You can learn more things in this company, you will get chances to prove yourself but the organization wont provide a good hike or a full variable pay for what you have worked. Job safety is there, but anyone who is looking for growth this is not a right company. To have a balanced life you can join this organization but forgot about the hike you will be getting early.
