What is the best part of working at the company?Worst company with lots of misguides and use too much slangs by the BM. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything is stressful with very low salary and 7 days duty.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Most third class culture and work environment. BM and SMs are worst and they only know how to give threats to the employees by using slangs. What is a typical day like for you at the company?During month end you have to do duty even more than 12 hours. Even I faced from morning 9:30am to midnight 12 AM

It's full of target

If you need to work in a pressure free job it's not the place to work. I resigned my after 3 days of pressure. They give target in a monthly basis to make one gold loan and two Personal loans. But they could not give any leads.
