It was my first pay roll job buy i was much satisfied there it was feeling of central govt job security very ease to work and good environment with professionalism. The matter of concern is lack in growth and progress as per carrer perspective.

No fix timing same day the said came at 8 am and work till 8 pm and no paid leave and even if you're not well then also you have to work just disaster life there in hdb . Even no off on festival and in month end Sunday is also working

Good and supportive manager, some time we feel pressure but yes if we work properly no one will pressurize, good things about the company is they never stop your salary, nor cut also

The working environment in HDB is overally averge. In this organization there are more politics and unnecessary stress excluding the job profile. Seniors of the operation department are giving mental harassment intensionally.
