Manager is very dominating nature no freedom on floor non supporting team issues for leave favouring the close people of manager forced to resign the job.
Its a No. 01 Bank in India but not an employee friendly bank at all. So, I never recommend anybody for this bank and the higher management staffs are too much heartless people, not also that the HR people are nothing but a puppet. Totally controlled by old management staffs and office politics are not acceptable which encouraged by higher management people.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Manufacturing donkeys
Hdfc is the best privet bank for the freshers to build their carrier.... The satffs are very cooperative and the working condition is very good for the beginner...
Job security was good but work hours used to extend and that was very normal, there was a system for monitoring for staying late but I think that was also manipulated.
It a great plateform to work there. Great organization and Good environment to work.i have learned so many thngs over there. Like working team . Lead generation, lead conversation and management of cash . It was good experienceed over there.

Hdfc Bank is a most valuable brand in India ,and it's a golden moment for me to working with this brand it has a very cool environment. And this is fully digitized bank.
Only those who can talk a lot and can do field are able to do this job. Humble and shy people can not be able to do this job. In this we learn by our efforts only.
Pros

Cons
Targets, Unnecessary stress

You will have good Team leader, and also Regional & National Heads, who are always approachable for anything & everything. They will drive you make you learn the process soon
Pros

No personal life. Poor work culture. Management is not supportive. Pathetic HR. Use of abusive language in front of your own team whom you're leading.
There is no proper service, neither any work culture to work with HDFC BANK. It just sucks the blood of employees. The HR don't give any value to its employees.
Pros
No free service or privilage
Cons
Long hours, very rigid service and management
