Good company but annual growth rate is pathetic
Work pressure is there for new joinee... once you spend a year here u will be accustomed to company culture and then things will be easy for you..Annual increment is less than country inflation

Lot of workload with no promotion and very small hike

Working is good but working culture is very pathetic. No body take care of your hard work. Only sales person will get lot of attaraction with good hike and perks. Work life balance is not there. You get so much pressurized that you have no other option.

If you're ready for geniun hard work join Hdfc Bank it'll definitely boost your career & working style, u will learn alot from your seniors as well as juniors, people are Coprative there this is the only reason one can survive longer, Hdfc is really beneficial for freshers bcoz it'll boost your confidence and they pay well for freshers

Process is fluentInfra is ok as new joiners have to look for his own workplace in daily basis. Old office in dalhousie for retail loansSystem is good and detailed but slow.Work culture pathetic, Lap RCM is robot and he think others machine too. Always stops from taking leave. And if you take leave will torture you post joining.
