Its a best in bank chain hdfc is famous it's ethics they believe in generating good leads and better customer who wants good investment scheme and this bank provide it on very large scale

Salary is very less,no bonus or incentives nothing for loan credit executives.Sometimes they pressure you to work on Sundays, and for sales executives it's even worse,they don't get what they deserve, they put so much efforts and give them 60+ units every month still they get only 13k salary including incentives when other small finance companies providing the best incentives to their employees,Hdfc Bank's incentive slab is very low.Sales executives have to work very hard,they even work on Sundays and no festival holidays for them, and still they don't get enough salary after so much hard work.sometimes your salary is late, and you get your salary after 40+ days.Other than that you can enhance your skills by assisting different customers on daily basis,it will increase your knowledge, and you can learn lot of things..
