Good company but annual growth rate is pathetic
Work pressure is there for new joinee... once you spend a year here u will be accustomed to company culture and then things will be easy for you..Annual increment is less than country inflation

Only sales sales sales nothing else hi expected from anyone even operations people are made to do sales irrespective of their work load. No formal training is given just go out in the market and do sales. This is a field job which they don't tell during interviews
