Professional company but with certain conditions

Working in H&H is very good as the management is very good and think for the employees but the internal corporate politics b/w the field employees including managers is too pathetic for hard working employees and as a result company looses them. Its very good to start the career for the freshers but not for more than 1-2 years as the salary structure is not as per industry.

Worst Experience

The company is benefical for the Managers in every aspect. DSOs are not at all secure. There is much unethical pressure from the Managers on the employees. They never do the field work and compel the DSOs to do the same , treating them as the servants of H&H. Package is also not satisfactory.

Local managment alwyes did politics with employe.

Managers will not come to the field..if u r a fresher huge pressure from reporting manager..from ASM level to highrarky they sit in their home only..managers daily morning they put one msg in watsup groups gives colouring like they are really working in the field. Lot of stock carrying done by dso's.no time to pirsional life ... 1)nite working.. 2)stock carrying 3)payment collection boys like work style 4)lot of paper work to be done 5)huge pressure on meeting days All thinks its good company but their are lot of loop holes in this. Only possitive thing hear is to good chance to make good money.by performing.huge incentive structur.
