Slow management , less stressful work, decent pay and job security is very high. Plants are also in atleast tier 2 cities which is quite rare for manufacturing companies. So it is a huge plus point.

as far everything is going well and nice the training is going on. before joining they made sure everything is verified and had a medical test...will update afterwards

Overall Good but depends on your role

If you are lucky enough, then you will be assigned a good role otherwise there are some uninteresting roles too.Your boss will play a major role, so pray to God for a good boss, in my role as a service manager, there was only 1 Percent technical work, rest was managerial and making Excel sheets
