its good to work in hewlett packard, got many friends, learned few ERP's, he work place culture is so good, have freedom for employees, the hardest part of job is long hours

It was a great company to work and the management team is great too. All the work is individually done but then it will be review with your peers. Great group of co-worker to work with and excellent culture. At least at the lower management levels, employees are encouraged to make their own decisions and figure out the best way to do things. Good work is rewarded and appreciated. People are friendly and helpful, and although it's not as great as it used to be, the culture still promotes people getting together to figure out how to fix problems rather than figure out whom to blame.
