Productive place with good leadership
Overall a good place to work. Collaborative team and work load is ok. Only the pay is a bit on the lower end but you can get lots of hands on experience.

If you have don't join. If you have join, continue seeking better and don't stay long. Bench policy, no job rotation, extremely high politics, management / leadership poor, HRs just meek followers to managers
