It's a very good learning place for freshers and experienced

The culture is awesome in Hexaware. It is people friendly company and management is excellent. I am learning a lot and the opportunity I am having is best in the industry.

Pros

People friendly organization, giving opportunity to young professionals and experienced too. Good aggressive work environment.

Cons

Compensation is little low for freshers, especially in back-end processes, HR functions needs a transformation

Work and Fun

Happy to be with such an Employee Friendly Company with friendly attitude S.Management Team including CEO. Really worried to leave the company but still since i have worked more than 7 years, i am looking for a change.
