Working is ok with night shift, everybody cant work night shifts but there is benifits doing night shift is we can get a day so that we complete any other emergency work

My overall experience with the company through the last 3 years working there have been great. It great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for there work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in there field of work

It's pleasure to worked in HGS

I'm very thankful to my team. They are very supportive & provided more benefits.My team leader was encouraged to work & solving the doubts as well seniors also.

Cafeteria is nice & there all type food items are available.

The work culture is inappropriate for the employees & it depends on the Management how it's being dealt upon. A balance between Professional & Social life is must which as per me is a drawback here however I am enjoying every day & there are lots of learning opportunities for a stipulated time.

Nice place to learn

I worked there for 2years i learned a lot nice place to work friendly atmosphere. Management is good all are behave like friends & work as team. Only negative point is salary scale

Good Company, gave opportunity to many of them.

Working environment is Friendly. Refresh Process trainings will be scheduled whenever there is an Update. Rewards and Recognitions occurs every month to Motivate associates.

Good place to learn if your are serious about your job. Hard work may be recognised but smart work moves you up the ladder here. Once moved,you must push yourself to extremes to satisfy the management.

good environment

I was glad working in hgs...I worked for 1 year and enjoyed a lot working there...good environment and all the managers where understandable..i was very flexible to work..i quited the job due to transport as it was far from my place

I worked in inbound call. I worked in this Co.as a CRO(Customer Relationship Officer) and I wasn't satisfied to salary so that the reason is I resigned the job from HGS..

Productive and amazing work place.

It was a great experience to be the part of the multi international organization. However it was my first job by which i got the good opportunity to gain knowledge about the process.

Yes very long log-in hours and productivity

No more facility given there. It was good that monthly salary was on time. Never got late. It was very clean. But salary was very less.
